Keep your space illuminated during a power failure by equipping emergency lights with an Assurance Emergency ALCR-D20L-C automatic load control/bypass relay. This emergency relay device serves as local switching means when normal utility power has been lost. It works with auxiliary generators and inverters to turn on switched or 0-10 Volt dimmable lighting fixtures to full power.

This load control relay consists of the following: relay switching circuity, a Quick Connect IP65-rated test switch, and a 9.5" L x 1.7" W x 1.14" H aluminum enclosure. It senses normal power (universal input: 120 through 277 Vac, 50/60Hz) and switches up to 20 Amps (@ 120 or 277 Vac) for LED drivers or magnetic ballast lighting loads. Pairing it with a 0-10 Volt dimmer allows you to override the light output to full illumination. This device complies with the National Electrical Code and is UL Listed for Damp Locations.
